California Farm Management, Inc. (CFM) is an elite collective of safety-driven farm labor contractors who have pooled their resources to successfully form a self-insured group. CFM started in August of 2005 to serve like-minded organizations operating in the farming community of California by providing self-insured workers’ compensation coverage, allowing employers to experience long-term savings.
